摘要
卤水管道由于输送介质具有强腐蚀性,碰死口焊台焊缝处易发生内腐蚀穿孔,若使用传统的补焊修复方法,焊接高温会破坏管道内涂层结构,可能导致更严重的腐蚀穿孔。本文针对卤水管道碰死口焊台特点,采用静水压爆破试验的方法验证了钢质环氧异形套筒补强修复方法的可行性。
Leakage often occur at the welding connection platform on Brine pipeline because of the highly corrosive Transmission medium. If using welding way to repair defects, the repair location will leak again in a short time. Moreover, the high temperature of welding will damage the internal coating of the pipeline, which will cause more severe leakage. In this paper, hydrostatic burst test verify that the repair method of special steel sleeve filled with epoxy resin for the leakage of welding connection platform on brine pipeline is feasible.
