The Design and Application of New Tank Bottom Desanding Equipment in Boxi Oil Field

随着海上油田开发的不断进入老龄化,油井出水出砂量不断攀升。油井出砂已成为海上油田开采的一大难题。油井出砂不仅会造成管道设备的冲蚀腐蚀,同时,由于砂的集聚,还会极大的影响管道设备的使用性能,因此,开展管道设备的除砂具有重大意义。此案例,通过引入可安装于罐体底部的新型排砂设备解决了平台斜板除油器罐底积砂问题,为平台的罐底排砂提供了新的解决方案。

With the development of offshore entering the aging period, the percentage of water and sand production in crude oil is increasing. Sand production has become a new big problem for the development of offshore oilfield. Sand production can not only lead to pipelines erosion corrosion, but also can gather in the bottom of the tank, which can reduce the device performance. So it’s important to desand. In this case, we solve thisproblem by bring in new tank bottom desanding equipment, which can install in the tank bottom. It provides a new way to solve tank bottom blown sand problem.
