超声导波技术在系杆拱桥吊杆腐蚀检测中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了超声导波技术腐蚀检测的技术原理,应用Ms SR3030R导波检测系统对在役系杆拱桥的吊杆腐蚀情况进行了检测,并给出了数据采集和分析对比的过程及检测数据报告。检测结果证明了导波技术在吊杆检测上具有较高的准确性和实用性,弥补了传统超声检测技术在吊杆腐蚀检测的空白。 The principle of magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave technology is introduced in this paper. Using MsSR3030R guided wave inspection system,the corrosion inspection of Tied arch bridge's steeve was carried out,and the acquisition progress, analysis and test result were stated.The result shows that using magnetostictive ultrasonic guided wave is precise and practical in tied arch bridge's steeve inspection and could fill up the blank in field of corrosion inspection of Tied arch bridge's steeve.
