智慧新城启动区室外雨水设计探讨

Discussion on the outdoor rain design of Wisdom New City start zone

现如今极端气候频繁发生,容易导致雨水随地下车道倒灌进入地下室,造成巨大财物损失。针对极端天气频繁发生导致地下室被淹的问题,本文结合具体项目分析室外雨水调蓄池设计。通过研究启动区雨水调节池的调节作用,室外雨水重力排水管堵塞时情况分析以及室外雨水系统在遇到100年一遇雨水时情况分析,得出应该在条件允许的情况下,适当加大雨水调节池容积(雨水调节池尽量建在室外),能大大提高雨水排水安全性。

Nowadays some extreme weather occurred frequently, and rainwater was flow backward into the basement easily,causing huge property losses. As to this issue, design of outdoor rainwater storage tank was analyzed according to the specific projects. By studying the regulation of rainwater regulation pool in the Start Zone, outdoor rainwater gravity drain clogged, and outdoor drainage systems in case of 100 years of rain, the following conclusions were obtained: appropriate to increase the volume of rainwater regulating tank (rainwater regulating pond built at outdoor), the security of rainwater drainage can greatly be increased.
