摘要
某市一栋6层的框架结构建筑在附近地铁车站施工时,发生基础沉降和墙体开裂。沉降造成结构承载力不足。本文对该建筑存在的问题进行了分析,并通过建模计算,对该建筑的基础、柱、梁、板等结构构件进行了加固设计。
A 6-story frame structure foundation uneven settlement occured when a subway station nearby was under the construction. The additional internal force caused by the foundation settlement made the carrying capacity of this building could not be meet the requirements of application. In this paper, according to the analysis of the problem and modeling calculation, some corresponding reinforcement methods for these structure components, such as columns, beams and plates etc, were proposed.
