摘要
随着城市建设的跨越式发展,大规模的高层建筑地基基础与地下室、大型地下商场、地下停车场等的建设中都面临着深基坑工程的问题。由于工程地质和水文地质条件复杂多变、环境保护要求越来越高、基坑工程规模向超大面积和大深度方向发展、工期进度及资源节约等开发条件要求日益复杂。与传统的深基坑施工方法相比,逆作法具有保护环境、节约社会资源、缩短建设周期等诸多优点,本文探讨了逆作法和传统的深基坑施工方法在工程项目中的灵活运用。
with the development of urban construction, large scale high-rise building foundation and basement, large underground shopping malls, underground parking and other construction are faced with the problem of deep foundation pit engineering. Because of the complex engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions, environmental protection requirements are higher and higher, the foundation pit engineering scale to the conditions of the development of large area and deep direction, time schedule and resource conservation requirements increasingly complex. Many advantages that compared with the traditional deep foundation pit construction method, inverse approach has the advantages of environment protection, saving social resources, shorten the construction period etc., this paper probes into the flexible use of inverse approach and the traditional deep foundation pit construction method in the engineering project.
