摘要
在激烈竞争的建筑市场中,获得更高利润的回报是企业始终追求的目标,故如何有效控制施工项目成本是一个值得深入研究的问题。精益建造是一种新型的项目管理模式,对复杂、多变和快速的施工项目非常适用。而建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是建筑物在设计和建造过程中创建和使用的"可计算数码信息"。本文基于精益建造理论和BIM技术,分别从价值流管理、供应链管理、最后计划者体系等四个方面探讨施工项目成本控制,构建出项目成本控制体系。本研究对于降低施工项目的成本并且实现其价值最大化具有一定的参考意义。
In the fierce competition of construction market, enterprise always pursued the goal that receives higher profits inreturn, so how to effectively control the cost of construction project is a worthy problem to further research. Lean constructionis a new type of construction project management mode that is suitable to the construction project which complicated,changeable and rapid. And Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a building create and use the digital information that canbe calculated in the process of design and construction. Based on lean construction, this paper discussed the constructionproject cost control respectively from Value Stream Management, Supply Chain Management, and the Last Planner Systemcombined with BIM technology, construct a system framework and organizational framework of the construction project costcontrol that based on the theory of lean construction combined with BIM technology.The results of this paper have a certainreference value for reducing the cost of construction project and achieving the maximizing value.
