氢化物发生-双道原子荧光光谱法联测化探样中的铋汞砷锑

Determination of Bismuth,Mercury,Arsenic and Antinony in Geochemical Samples by Hydride Generation-Double Channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 试样经王水分解,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,使用硫脲-抗坏血酸还原砷锑,采用氢化物发生-双道原子荧光光谱法测定铋汞砷锑。实验得出铋、汞、砷、锑的检出限分别为0.05μg·g-1、0.008μg·g-1、0.06μg·g-1、0.02μg·g-1,准确度(平均相对误差)分别为9.80%、3.33%、-2.46%、-7.01%,精密度(相对标准偏差)分别为9.23%、8.39%、2.27%、9.97%,回收率分别为93.9%、104.3%、99.1%、99.1%。 Mineral sample was solved with aqua regia mineral. Using potassium borohydride as reducing agent. arsenic and antinony in sample was reduced with thiourea-ascorbic acid. Bismuth, mercury, arsenic and antinony was determined by hydride generation-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. According to the experimental results, the detection limit of bismuth,mercury, arsenic and antinony were 0.05μg/g, 0.008μg/g, 0.06μg/g, 0.02μg/g, respectively. The accuracy(average relative error) were 9.80%, 3.33%, -2.46%, -7.01%, respectively. The precision(relative standard deviation) were 9.23%, 8.39%, 2.27%, 9.97%,respectively. The recovery ratio were 93.9%, 104.3%, 99.1%, 99.1%, respectively.
