摘要 应用流程模拟软件对气体分馏装置建立模型,并针对装置在实际生产过程中出现的进料中C5+含量高、脱丙烷塔C4产品不合格的问题,运用VMGSim中"case study"功能,计算出进料中C5+与脱丙烷塔底温度的关系,并应用到实际操作中。 Process simulation software was commonly used in the research and design phase, with the enterprise informationization,the process simulation technology was gradually applied in the unit. In this paper, process simulation software was used to model the gas fractionation unit. In view of the high C5+ content in the feed and the disqualification of depropanizer’s C4 product in the process of practice production, “case study” function of VMGSim was used to calculate the relation between feed C5+ and depropanizer bottom temperature, and then apply to practice.
