摘要
某乙烯装置是2012年9月投产的装置,前后使用过2种类型的前加氢催化剂,文中对2种催化剂的物性、反应温度、反应放热、转化率、选择性等指标进行了对比。结果表明,2种催化剂在稳定性、选择性方面存在明显差异,说明催化剂的选择直接关系到装置的长周期运行和产品质量。
A ethylene plant was put into production in September of 2012, which has used two kinds of front-end hydrogenation catalysts. In this paper, the physical properties, reaction temperature, reaction heat release, conversion rate and selectivity rate were compared. Comparison results indicated that the two kinds of catalysts have significant differences in terms of stability and selectivity, thus the selection of the catalyst plays an important role in the long-period operation and product quality.
