阀门故障的自主修复及现场维护管理

Self-repairing of valve fault and site maintenance management

针对某水气厂循环水场凉水塔回水管线的阀门出现阀门齿轮传动机构锈蚀严重及无法进行正常开关操作的故障,制定自主修复方案,节约阀门更换费用近40万元,解决了多年困扰装置平稳生产的瓶颈问题。

Aiming at the fault of severe corrosion occurred in the gear drive of return piping valve of cooling tower in the circulating water farm of an water & gas plant,, which caused impossible to make normal on-off operation, the self-repairing plan was made,saved nearly 400,000 RMB of valve replacement fee, and solve the bottleneck problem which disturbed the smooth production of the plant.
