摘要
乙烯装置急冷油泵EP-1201C正常运行过程中泵轴在叶轮键槽圆角处发生断裂失效。通过对失效轴的材质、热处理工艺及操作状况进行分析,找出了泵轴发生断裂原因,并提出了操作改进建议。
During normal operational process of the quenching oil pump EP-1201C of ethylene plant, fracture failure took place at the impeller keyway fillet of the pump shaft. By analyzing the material, heat treatment process and operation status, the cause for occurrence of pump shaft fracture was found, and recommendations for operation improvement was put forward.
