裂解气压缩机节能降耗优化调整工艺分析

摘要 通过调节蒸汽用量、循环水用量、段间阻聚剂注入量、洗油注入量、注水量和优化变更过程中的调整,确保了裂解气压缩机长期稳定运行,降低裂解气压缩机运行能耗,提高装置效益。 By adjusting steam consumption, circulating water consumption, inter-stage polymerization inhibitor injection rate and wash oil injection and optimizing the adjustment during change, long-period stable operation of cracking gas compressor is ensured,cracking gas compressor operation energy consumption is reduced and benefit of the plant is improved.
