摘要 针对灾区通讯设施破坏环境中,应急测绘指挥调度过程实时通信能力不足的问题,利用北斗卫星定位系统定位和短报文的优势,在Android平台基础上设计实现一套可以实时监控、实时反馈应急任务状态的应急测绘移动指挥终端系统,以提高应急测绘指挥调度的灵活性和可靠性。 When processing emergency mapping dispatching, there is a problem of real-time communication capability.Taking advantage of location and short messages of Beidou satellite positioning system, we designed an emergencymapping command terminal system based on Android Platform, in order to improve the flexibility and reliability, whichrealized the task status of real-time monitoring and real-time feedback of emergency at the same time.
