摘要
文章根据6×2重型物流载货车搭载柴油发动机车型,通过传动系的优化匹配,在满足满载运输的条件下,保证发动机在常使用的转速区间与经济性转速区间相吻合,以达到整车动力性和经济性的改善。并运用计算机仿真、转毂试验台、道路分别模拟实际使用条件和要求,最终验证了匹配的合理性。
This article aims to improve the dynamics and economy performance of 6×2 heavy duty truck logistics with diesel engine through optimization of transmission system, at the same time of full-load condition and ensuring the coincidence of engine rpm range under normal usage and rpm of economy. This optimization has been verified through simulating different using conditions and requirements in all computer simulateion, bench rest and road rest.
