摘要
根据某款汽油发动机整车冷却系统的布置方案,建立冷却系统一维模型,计算得到水套各进出口边界条件,以该数据作为输入进行冷却水套的CFD分析,对水套关键位置的冷却能力进行分析评估,并提出水套结构改进方案,最后进行改进结构的验证分析。
The 1-D cooling system simulation model of engine is built based on principle. The flow rate of water jacket branch can be got. The CFD analysis conclusion of water jacket can be drawn based on the flow rate result. At last we can carry out the optimal design based on comparison between the primary water jacket and the optimized water jacket.
