一种提升侧围外板抗凹性的优化结构

摘要 侧围外板作为汽车车身上重要的外覆盖件,因其结构特征少,极易出现局部刚度较弱的问题。客户在选购车辆时,可能会对车身外覆盖件进行有意无意的按压,如果此时侧围外板的抗凹性不足,容易导致大面积变形,直接影响客户对车辆的印象。为保证侧围外板的抗凹性,以某车型为例,阐述该优化结构在产品开发设计过程中如何满足客户的使用要求。 As one of the most important outer panel parts for automobile body, the side outer has less structural characteristics,the problem of weak local stiffness is very easy to occur.When customers in the purchase of vehicles,they may press the outer panel naturally or half unconsciously.If at this time the side outer lack of resistance,it’s easy to cause large area deformation that affect the customer's impression of the vehicle directly.In order to ensure the concave resistance of the side outer,taking a car as an example,describe how to meet the customer's requirements in the process of product development and design.
