FMEA是一种失效模式识别和风险预防的工具。它通过早期对产品和生产过程存在的潜在失效模式的分析,找出失效的起因和机理;针对高风险项目提出预防措施,以防止失效的发生,并达到成本下降、提升生产效率的目的。文章主要研究了产品设计和相关制造过程的FMEA具体实施流程。

FMEA is a kind of tool for failure mode identification and risk prevention.It finds out the cause of the failure and its mechanism through the analysis of the potential failure modes on the products and the production process at early stage;For high-risk projects prevention measures are put forward ,in order to prevent the occurrence of failure, and it can achieve the goal of cost reduction, and improve production efficiency.This paper mainly studies the FMEA specific implementation process of the product design and related manufacturing process.
