摘要
商用车AMT副箱同步器,在换档过程中会出现卡滞现象,影响车辆舒适性,严重时会导致交通事故。文章详细分析副箱同步器结构,找出造成卡滞的原因"同步卡滞"和"对齿卡滞",并提出针对AMT的解决方案,通过道路试验观测,该方案一定程度上能够缓解同步器卡滞问题。
The synchronizer of range gear in AMT, which is used for commercial vehicles, is often blocked when shifting,reducing the comfort of vehicles and even resulting in accident in some serious situations. This paper analyses the structure of a synchronizer and finds the reasons for this phenomenon. Finally it comes up with a solution to this problem. Through a series of road test, this method is proved efficient, and the synchronizer is no longer blocked.
