摘要
该研究着重考察单一运动项目体育锻炼和组合运动项目体育锻炼对自我效能感和心境的影响,并探讨两者之间的关系,在此基础上进一步研究、探讨组合运动项目在选择和先后活动顺序上对大学生自我效能感和心境的影响,旨在为大学生通过体育锻炼促进身心健康提出科学的建议,同时为大学生教育过程中利用运动处方改善学生心理健康水平提供理论依据和指导。
This study focused on a single study sports and exercise sports combination of physical exercise on mood and selfefficacy,and to explore the relationship between the two, on the basis of further study in the choice of a combination of sports activities and has influence on the order of students' self-efficacy and mood, aimed at college students by physical exercise to promote physical and mental health and scientific advice, as well as mental health education to improve the process of utilizing the motion prescription students' mental health to provide a theoretical basis and guidance.
