Study on Rural Planning of Suburban Villages

当前城郊乡村规划面临日益严峻的挑战,传统自上而下的规划模式不能满足其发展的实际需要,多元主体在规划中的利益诉求处于失衡状态,推进协商规划、实现规划科学与民主是大势所趋。在遵循一定原则的前提下,文章通过多元主体间的对话、沟通、协商,明确政府、企业、规划师、村民等参与乡村规划的角色、方式及内容,最终实现多力合一,长效科学的进行城郊村规划治理。

At present, the planning of suburban villages is facing with the increasingly severe challenges, while the traditionaltop-down planning mode may not meet the developing needs of suburban villages, and the interest appeal of stakeholders inthe planning may be in a state of imbalance. So promoting the negotiation plan and realizing scientific and democratic planningmay be the trend of planning suburban villages. On the premise of following certain principles, the role of the village government,companies, planners and villagers to participate in village planning need to be specific through dialogue, communication andnegotiation between multiple subjects. Finally it could countribute and achieve the long-term scientific govermance.
