摘要
为满足航天火工分离装置中火工药剂耐高温的要求,开展了CMC 叠氮化铅、碱式斯蒂芬酸铅、高氯酸胺盐共晶化合物SY 的高温贮存试验,并对其高温贮存后的性能进行表征及试验。经耐温性试验评估,3 种药剂可在165~180℃/1h条件下安全、可靠工作,具备航天火工分离工程应用基础。
To meet with the high temperature resistance requirement of compositions in pyrotechnic separation devices ofspace high temperature storage tests were carried out for CMC lead azid(LA), B-LTNR and co-crystal of aminiumperchlorates(SY), and the performances of compositions after storage were tested and characterized. The study showed that theabove three compositions could work safely and reliably in 165~180℃/1h, which have the foundation of engineering applicationof separation devices of space pyrotechnics.
