摘要
本文通过对甲醇制烯烃及其上下游装置的研究,讨论甲醇制烯烃产品气中CO_2产生的原因和对下游烯烃分离以及聚烯烃装置的影响。根据工业装置数据分析,甲醇预热温度是影响产品气中CO_2含量最主要的因素,当温度小于250℃时,产品气中CO_2含量变化较小,当温度高于321℃,甲醇分解急剧增加。
This paper has systematic researched the methanol to olefins process and its upstream downstream device, theformation behaviors of CO2 and its effect on the downstream unit such as separation and olefin polymerization was dicussed. Indurstyoperation data showed that Methanol preheating temperature of methanol was on of the most important factors affecting the CO2content of the product. When the temperature is less than 250℃, the content of CO2 in the product gas is relatively small, and themethanol decomposition increases dramatically when the temperature is higher than 321℃.
