浅谈国际项目中管道壁厚计算与选择的关键因素 被引量:1

摘要 管道壁厚在减轻机械完整性的丧失风险和对人和环境构成危险的管道失效风险方面起到了显著作用。仅仅考虑规范中所提及的限制性因素在壁厚计算中是远远不够的,许多因素在管道经济厚度计算和选择的时候必须要考虑。本文中管道的壁厚计算是基于国际规范和标准,以及管道厚度计算和选择中的经验教训进行讨论。 Pipeline wall thickness plays a significant role in mitigating the risk of loss of mechanical integrity and pipelinefailure-scenarios that pose danger to people and to the environment. Many factors must be considered in calculating and selectingthe economic thickness for pipelines,as the limited factors considered in a code thickness formula are not sufficient. Here,the wallthickness calculation of pipelines is based on international codes and standards,and lessons learned in pipeline thickness calculation andselection are discussed.
