Research and application of small casing cementing technology with TAP valves

本文分析了TAP阀小套管固井的难点,对低密度水泥浆体系进行了研究和优选,调研并筛选出配套固井工具及套管附件,并对水泥混配工艺、防漏压稳技术及现场施工配套工艺措施进行了研究,现场应用效果良好,从而为TAP阀小套管井固井提供了一套成熟的固井工艺技术。

This paper analyses the difficulties in small casing cementing with TAP valves,and studies and optimizes low densitycement slurry system,and researches and screens out adapted cementing tool and casing accessories,and studies cement mixingprocesses,anti-leakage and pressure-stabilized technology,on-site construction matching measures. The field application provesthat this technology has good effect and provides a set of mature cementing technology for small casing cementing with TAP valves.
