心理护理联合降压药物治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Antihypertensive Drugs in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:探讨心理护理联合降压药物治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:采取随机平行对照研究法将我院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的160例老年高血压患者分为观察组(心理护理联合降压药物治疗)与对照组(常规应用降压药物治疗),每组各80例,对比不同治疗方式下两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗有效率分别为93.75%、73.75%,组间临床疗效比较,观察组明显优于对照组,具备统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患者焦虑心理评分为(61.52±3.67)分,明显低于对照组患者的焦虑心理评分(85.91±3.94)分,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:心理护理联合降压药物治疗老年高血压患者临床疗效显著,其效果更优于单用降压药物治疗的效果,能有效降低患者血压水平,对其长期的血压控制具有积极作用,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the psychological nursing clinical effect of combination drug therapy in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods: Randomized parallel-group study method were used.160 cases of senile hypertension patients from April 2015 - April 2016 were dividedinto observation group (psychological nursing combination drug therapy) and control group (routine application of antihypertensive drug treatment),80 cases in each group, and the patient's clinical curative effect of two groups was compared. Results: Two groups of patients' treatment efficiency ofobservation group (93.75%) was better than control group (73.75%), with statistical significance (P<0.05); anxiety score after treatment in observationgroup is 61.52-3.67, which is significantly lower than the control group (85.91-3.94),with statistical significance, (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychologicalnursing combination drug therapy in elderly patients with hypertension clinical curative effect is distinct. The effect is much better than the effect ofantihypertensive drug therapy alone, effectively reduce the patients' blood pressure level, blood pressure control of its long-term has a positive effect,thus worth of clinical promotion.
