Research on National Famous Scenic Site's Violations and Its Correction Suggestions

国家级现景名胜区自1982年设立以来,在保护自然和文化遗产、带动经济发展等方面发挥了极为重要的作用,当前中国工业化和城镇化快速发展,旅游产业开发强度加大,经济发展、城乡建设、旅游开发对风景名胜区的压力十分突出,风景名胜区违法违规现象凸显,调查和数据分析发现,风景名胜区保护和管理存在的主要问题是违法建设多发、管理机构设置不合理、规划缺失或不衔接、经营管理混乱、形象宣传不规范五方面的内容,在分析风景名胜区现状及填形成机制的基础上,借鉴国内外相关保护地管理的先进经验,提出具有针对性的意见。

Since its establishment in 1982, national famous scenic sites have played an essential rule in natural and cultural resourcepreservation as well as in economic improvement. But with the great pace of industrialization and urbanization and the great strength intourism development, national famous scenic sites are under great pressure of preservation. According to analysis, violations can be concludedinto five categories as illegal construction, management agency irrationality, missing and non-convergence of planning management, operationmanagement disorder, and non-standard image advertisement. Based on violation description, this essay also draws on the reference ofadvanced experience aboard to make some targeted suggestion of promoting national famous scenic site management.
