人力资源管理中的员工多样化管理 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济全球化和知识全球化的发展,企业与企业之间面临的挑战越来越多样化同时竞争也不断增加。对于人才的要求也就自然而然的更加迫切。在此情况下对于人才的选择会发生多样化,那么拥有有效的多样化管理制度更是尤为重要。企业对员工多样化管理及其重要性的正确认识和明了相关的增强策略是企业发展成长必备的一个条件。下面笔者从对员工多样化管理概念、现状、以及多样化管理带来的挑战等的分析,提出了几个相应的对策。
