小儿缺铁性贫血治疗现状

儿童缺铁性贫血其主要的特点即为皮肤黏膜逐渐苍黄或苍白。继而出现烦躁哭闹、疲乏无力、食欲减退、毛发干燥、异食癖(如爱吃墙皮、炉灰渣、土块等)、匙形反甲、抵抗力低下等。长时间贫血常导致体力差、注意力不集中、个子较矮小、记忆力和理解力减退等,智力和情绪也受到影响。因此,应及时予以重视。本文就小儿缺铁性贫血的治疗现状做一简单综述。
