噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:2013年8月-2014年8月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予异丙托溴铵,观察组给予噻托溴铵。治疗14 d后,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率97.50%(39/40),明显高于对照组75.00%(30/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用噻托溴铵治疗效果优于常规药物,可促进临床疗效的提升,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from August 2013 to August 2014 treated were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given isopropyl bromide,and the observation group were given tiotropium bromide.After the treatment for 14 d,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00% (30/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was superior to the conventional drugs,which could promote the clinical effect,worthy of further popularization and application.
