基层医院采用高频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值探讨

Discussion on the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in basic hospital

目的:探讨基层医院采用高频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法:采用高频探头对急性阑尾炎患者进行诊断。结果:128例患者中经高频超声诊断为急性阑尾炎108例(84%)。结论:高频超声可以诊断绝大多数急性阑尾炎,值得在基层医院超声诊断中推广。

Objective:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in basic hospital.Methods:Diagnosis of acute appendicitis by high-frequency probe.Results:In 128 patients by high frequency ultrasound diagnosis,108 cases were diagnosed with acute appendicitis(84%).Conclusion:Most acute appendicitis can be diagnosed by high frequency ultrasound.It is worth promoting in ultrasound diagnosis in primary hospital.
