急诊结肠镜检查在肠梗阻中的应用价值

Clinical value of emergency colonoscopy examination applied in the intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨急诊结肠镜检查在肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法:选取低位肠梗阻患者40例,采用结肠镜进行检查。结果:所有患者均完成了结肠镜检查,在检查过程中未发生严重不良反应及并发症。结论:急诊结肠镜检查对于大肠梗阻有较高的使用价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of emergency colonoscopy examination applied in the intestinal obstruction.Methods:40 patients with lower intestinal obstruction were selected,and they were examined by colonoscopy.Results:All the patients completed the colonoscopy examination,and there had no severe adverse reaction and complications occuring in the process of inspection.Conclusion:Emergency colonoscopy examination has higher value using in colorectal obstruction.
