护理干预对80例老年脑血管病患者家庭护理的影响

The impact of nursing intervention on family nursing of 80 elderly patiens with senile cerebrovascular

目的:探讨专业护理干预对老年脑血管病患者的家庭护理及生活质量的影响,为全面提高家庭护理素质提供依据。方法:选取脑血管病治疗后出院半年的老年患者80例作为研究对象,与患者家属进行1对1访谈,对患者家庭护理中出现的问题给予指导,半年后随访,观察其护理效果。结果:脑血管病老年患者的院外家庭护理尚存在不少问题,有较大的护理知识需求,对其进行相应的指导后,患者压疮、误吸、尿路感染等情况的出现均较半年前有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:根据老年脑血管病患者家庭护理中的实际需求对其进行有针对性的护理指导,可以有效提高患者护理效果,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the impact of professional nursing intervention on family nursing of elderly patients with cerebral vascular and its quality of life,in order to provide the basis for the comprehensive improvement of the family care quality.Methods:80 elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease who were treated and discharged from hospital for half of the year were selected as the research objects,taken 1 on 1 interviews with family members of patients,to give guidance for the question emerged in home care,then followed-up after half year,and we observed the effect of nursing care.Results:There was a lot of problems existed in the family nursing on elderly patients with cerebral vascular,nursing knowledge were greatly demanded.After provided corresponding guidance,the emergence of pressure sore,aspiration and urinary tract infection of patients were decreased than six months ago(P<0.05).Conclusion:Provided nursing guidance for family nursing on elderly patients with cerebral vascular according to the actual needs can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients,and improve the quality of life.
