社区原发性高血压病联合用药的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of the combination therapy for primary hypertension in community

目的:探讨社区原发性高血压病联合用药的临床疗效。方法:将80例原发性高血压病患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予非洛地平和缬沙坦治疗,对照组给予波依定治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组的降压疗效明显优于对照组。结论:早期联合用药降压治疗可显著提高高血压病的控制率,降低高血压病所致的心脑血管发病率和病死率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination therapy for primary hypertension in community.Methods:80patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimentalgroup was treated with felodipine and valsartan,the control group was treated with plendil,we compared the treatment effect of twogroups.Results:The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Early combinedtreatment with antihypertensive therapy can significantly improve the control rate of hypertension and reduce the incidence ofcardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mortality.
