穿刺术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的效果观察

Curative effect observation of paracentesis in the treatment of elderly acute cholecystitis

目的:探讨穿刺术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:收治老年急性胆囊炎患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组给予传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗,观察组给予经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术治疗,对比两组的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道恢复时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年急性胆囊炎的临床治疗过程中,经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术的临床疗效显著,并发症的发生率较低。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of paracentesis in the treatment of elderly acute cholecystitis.Methods:98 patients with elderly acute cholecystitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup with 49 cases in each.The control group was given traditional open cholecystectomy treatment.The observation group wasgiven percutaneous liver gallbladder paracentesis treatment.The clinical effects and complications occurrences of two groups werecompared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,recovery time of gastrointestinal tract,pain relief time,hospital stayof the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate of theobservation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment ofthe observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment processof elderly acute cholecystitis,the clinical curative effect of percutaneous liver gallbladder paracentesis is significant,and theincidence rate of complications is low.
