莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗功能性便秘的效果观察

Curative effect observation of mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functional constipation

目的:分析莫沙必利联合培菲康治疗功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:收治功能性便秘患者66例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予莫沙必利联合培菲康治疗,对照组给予莫沙必利治疗。对比观察两组患者临床疗效、复发率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗无效4例,对照组治疗无效16例,试验组治疗总有效率87.9%明显高于对照组的51.5%(P<0.05)。试验组复发11例,对照组复发12例,试验组复发率37.9%,显著高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应,肝肾功能检查没有明显异常。结论:莫沙必利联合培菲康治疗功能性便秘的临床效果良好,复发率较低,而且不良反应较轻。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functionalconstipation.Methods:66 patients with functional constipation were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimentalgroup and the control group.The experimental group was given mosapride combined with bifico treatment.The control group wasgiven mosapride treatment.The clinical treatment curative effects,recurrence rates and adverse reactions of two groups werecompared.Results:4 cases were ineffective in the experimental group.16 cases were ineffective in the control group.The treatmenttotal effective rate was 51.5% in the experimental group,it was significantly higher than 51.5% of the control group(P<0.05).11cases recurred in the experimental group,12 cases recurred in the control group.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was37.9% ,it was significantly higher than 70.6% of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the twogroups,and the liver and kidney function tests were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Mosapride combined with bifico in thetreatment of functional constipation has a good clinical effect,a low recurrence rate,and lighter adverse reactions.
