复方利多卡因乳膏用作SLIPA喉罩润滑剂的临床观察

Clinical observation of compound lidocaine cream used as SLIPA laryngeal mask lubricant

目的:观察复方利多卡因乳膏用作SLIPA喉罩润滑剂的临床效果。方法:收治全身麻醉下喉道气管插管患者80例,随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组,4组患者分别给予复方利多卡因乳膏、液状石蜡、凡士林和水作为喉罩润滑剂。对比4组患者的临床效果。结果:A组血流动力学变化显著优于B、C、D组,A组患者的屏气、呛咳、躁动例数明显少于B、C、D组(P<0.05)。术后2 d咽喉痛例数B、C组明显多于A、D组(P<0.05)。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏作为SLIPA喉罩润滑剂效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound lidocaine cream used as SLIPA laryngeal mask lubricant.Methods:80 patients with throat trachea cannula under general anesthesia were selected.They were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group and D group.The patients in 4 groups were given compound lidocaine cream,liquid paraffin,vaseline and wateras laryngeal mask lubricant.The clinical effects of 4 groups were compared.Results:The hemodynamic change of A group wassignificantly higher than that of B,C,D group.The breathless,choking cough,restless cases of A group were significantly less thanthose of B,C,D group(P<0.05).The postoperative 2 days sore throat cases of B,C group were significantly more than those of A,Dgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of compound lidocaine cream used as SLIPA laryngeal mask lubricant is better.
