腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果分析

Clinical effectiveness analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis

目的:对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法:收治卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者96例,随机分两组,各48例,研究组患者采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统开腹手术进行治疗。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间均明显少于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者的妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:相比传统开腹手术,腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果更为显著,安全性高,可有效提高妊娠率。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods:96 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 48 cases,the study group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.Results:Theoperation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly less thanthose in the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Thepregnancy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comparing with thetraditional open operation,laparoscopic operation in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst clinical curative effect is moreobvious,safe and high,effectively improve the pregnancy rate.
