普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎效果观察

Observation of curative effect of pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis

目的:探讨普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法:收治毛细支气管炎婴幼儿94例,随机分为对照组和试验组各47例,对照组应用全乐宁雾化吸入,试验组给予普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对毛细支气管炎患儿采用普米克令舒联合可必特雾化吸入治疗可提高效果,缩短症状缓解时间。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation in the treatmentof infant bronchiolitis.Methods:94 patients with infant bronchiolitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the experimental group with 47 cases in each group,the control group was treated with ventolin respirator solutionatomization inhalation,the experimental group was treated with pulmicort combined with combivent atomization inhalation,wecompared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly betterthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with bronchiolitis,pulmicort combined with combivent atomizationinhalation therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the symptom remission time.
