影响米非司酮药物流产效果的因素

Influencing factors of effect on mifepristone induced abortion

目的:探讨影响米非司酮药物流产效果的因素。方法:收治自愿要求终止妊娠的妇女1 366例,记录患者的临床资料并进行分析。结果:影响米非司酮药物流产的因素主要为停经天数、是否有胎芽、子宫位置、剖宫产史、分娩史、是否有盆腔炎性疾病。结论:米非司酮终止早期妊娠在临床已广泛应用,但仍存在流产失败,在临床应用中更好地掌握药物流产的适应证,提高药物流产的成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To discuss the influencing factors of mifepristone induced abortion.Methods:1 366 voluntary termination ofpregnancy women were selected,the clinical data were recorded and analyzed.Results:The factors of influence of mifepristoneinduced abortion were menopausal days,embryo bud,the position of the uterus,uterine incision delivery history,labor history,pelvicinflammatory disease.Conclusion:Mifepristone has been widely used in clinical application of early pregnancy,but it still has thefailure of abortion.It is better to master the indications of drug abortion and improve the success rate of drug abortion,and reducethe occurrence of complications.
