中西医结合治疗高血压病临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating hypertension

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗原发性高血压的方法及临床效果。方法:收治高血压患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加中药治疗,比较两组降压疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组显效、有效、无效分别为40例、8例、2例,对照组分别为30例、13例、7例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性高血压效果显著。

Objective:To explore the treatment method and clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine intreating hypertension.Methods:100 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group with 50 cases in each,the control group was treated with traditional western medicine,the observationgroup was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,we compared the antihypertensive efficacy and adversereactions of two groups.Results:In the observation group,40 cases,8 cases and 2 cases were markedly effective,effective andinvalid,in the observation group,30 cases,13 cases and 7 cases were markedly effective,effective and invalid,the differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between thetwo groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating hypertensionwas significant.
