内科急重症患者的优质护理措施及效果分析

Quality care measures and effect analysis of acute severe patients in department of internal medicine

目的:探讨内科急重症患者的优质护理措施及护理经验。方法:收治内科急重症患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行心理护理、细化专业护理、坚持生命体征观察。结果:观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理是内科急重症患者的优质护理的重要措施。

Objective:To explore the quality care measures and nursing experience of acute severe patients in department ofinternal medicine.Methods:80 acute severe patients in department of internal medicine were selected,they were randomly dividedinto the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each,the control group was given conventional nursing,theobservation group was given psychological care,professional nursing,observation of the vital signs on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,satisfaction wassignificantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care was an important measure of qualitycare for acute severe patients in department of internal medicine.
