加替沙星注射液不良反应32例报告分析

Analysis of gatifloxacin injection adverse reaction report in 32 cases

目的:探讨加替沙星注射液致不良反应的危险因素,为临床合理用药提供有价值的参考与指导。方法:以加替沙星注射液不良反应32例为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料及不良反应临床因素。结果:不良反应涉及消化、神经、心血管、内分泌及皮肤等系统及器官,导致血糖异常与神经系统反应的过敏反应、消化系统反应较为常见,且各个年龄段患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),老年男性发病率稍高。结论:加替沙星注射液不良反应因素较多,波及多个系统及器官,需要严格控制,提高临床用药的合理性和安全性。

Objective:To explore the risk factors of gatifloxacin injection adverse reaction,to provide valuable reference andguidance for the rational drug use in the clinic.Methods:32 patients with gatifloxacin injection adverse reaction were as the studyobjects.The clinical data of patients and adverse reaction clinical factors were given retrospectively analyzed.Results:The adversereaction involved digestive,nervous,cardiovascular,endocrine and skin systems and organs,resulting in abnormal blood glucoseand nervous system reaction allergic reactions,digestive system response were common.There were no significant differences inthe incidence rates of adverse reaction among all age groups(P>0.05),and the incidence rate of elderly men was slightly higher.Conclusion:The factors of gatifloxacin injection adverse reaction are more,the adverse reaction involve multiple systems andorgans,which need to be strictly controlled to improve the rationality and safety of clinical medication.
