髋关节置换与骨折内固定术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of hip replacement and internal fixation of fracture in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients

目的:探讨髋关节置换与骨折内固定术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果。方法:收治老年股骨颈骨折患者96例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用骨折内固定术治疗,试验组采用髋关节置换治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后Harris髋关节功能评分显著高于对照组,术后卧床时间和并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of hip replacement and internal fixation of fracture in the treatment of femoral neckfracture in elderly patients.Methods:96 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were randomly divided intothe control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with internal fixation of fracture.The experimentalgroup was treated with hip replacement.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative Harris hip function score were significantly higher than the control group;postoperative bed time and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients was significant.
