葛根素联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of puerarin and epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:评价葛根素和依帕司他联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将81例DPN患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组40例,治疗组给予葛根素注射液联合依帕司他治疗,对照组给予依帕司他治疗,均治疗2周,观察两组患者的治疗效果、神经传导速度变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显提高,且治疗组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有显著的疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of puerarin combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabeticperipheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:81 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group with 41 cases and thecontrol group with 40 cases.The treatment group was given puerarin injection combined with epalrestat treatment.The controlgroup was given epalrestat treatment.They were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effects,nerve conduction velocity changes andadverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of two groups were significantly higher than thosebefore treatment,and the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puerarin combined with epalrestat inthe treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have significant curative effect.
