足骨及软组织损伤缺损的组合组织修复临床研究

Clinical study of composite tissue repair on the foot bone and soft tissue injury and defect

目的:分析足骨以及软组织损伤缺损的组合性组织修复方式。方法:收治足骨以及软组织损伤缺损患者200例,分析各种不同的治疗方式在实际治疗过程中的效果。结果:对比不同损伤类型患者AOFAC足评分情况,足底皮肤缺损和全足撕脱伤类型的患者优良率为100%,其他的类型都能够达到90%以上。结论:髂骨主要的作用在于重建和再造跖骨缺损,特别是针对一些跟骨缺损的情况,能够有效改善组合组织修复的临床效果。

Objective:To analyze the composite tissue repair way on the foot bone and soft tissue injury and defect.Methods:200patients with foot bone and soft tissue injury and defect were selected.The effects of different treatment methods in the actualtreatment process were analyzed.Results:AOFAC foot scores of different injury types of patients were compared.The excellent rateof patients with plantar skin defect and the total foot avulsion injury type was 100%.The other types were able to reach more than90% .Conclusion:The main role of iliac bone is rebuilding and reconstruction of metatarsal bone defect,especially for somemetatarsal bones defect,which can effectively improve the clinical effect of composite tissue repair.
