固定修复紧邻关系预防食物嵌塞的研究

Study on the immediate relation of fixed repair on the prevention of food impaction

目的:探讨固定修复紧邻关系预防食物嵌塞的作用。方法:收治需金属烤瓷冠及桥体修复的患者418例,随机分成试验组218例和对照组200例,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组与对照组食物嵌塞的发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固定修复时紧邻远近中与桥体紧压龈能降低食物嵌塞的发病率。

Objective:To explore the effect of immediate relation of fixed repair on the prevention of food impaction.Methods:418patients with metal ceramic crown and bridge restoration were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental groupwith 218 cases and the control group with 200 cases.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There wasstatistically significant difference in the incidence of food impaction of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In fixed repair,close tofar,near and middle and bridge body with tight pressure for gums can reduce the incidence rate of food impaction.
