经皮微创椎弓根内固定加伤椎植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床应用价值

The clinical value of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

目的:探讨经皮微创椎弓根内固定加伤椎植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床应用价值。方法:收治行内固定手术治疗的所有胸腰椎骨折患者156例,对比分析3种不同方法治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。结果:经皮微创椎弓根内固定加伤椎植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的出血量、住院时间、术后疼痛及术后椎体高度及矫正度丢失情况明显优于传统开放手术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创椎弓根内固定加伤椎植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折具有出血少、住院时间短、术后患者疼痛轻、术后椎体高度及矫正度丢失小、内固定失效并发症低,同时可有效保留运动节段等优势。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation combined withvertebral bone graft in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:156 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated with internalfixation were selected.We compared and analyzed the clinical effect of 3 different methods in the treatment of thoracolumbarfractures.Results:Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in the treatment ofthoracolumbar fractures,the bleeding volume,length of stay,postoperative pain and postoperative vertebral height and correctionloss were significantly better than the traditional open surgery,the statistics showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebral bone graft in treatment of thoracolumbar fractureswith less bleeding,shorter hospital stay, light postoperative pain,the small loss of postoperative vertebral height and correction,low complications of internal fixation failure,and can effectively retain the advantages of motion segment.
