摘要
目的:观察壳聚糖生物护伤抗菌喷膜剂促进皮肤开放伤愈合的临床疗效。方法:将皮肤开放伤经清创术后患者315例随机分为两组,观察组使用壳聚糖生物护伤抗菌喷膜剂治疗,对照组进行传统清洁换药,观察两组创面愈合时间和感染情况。结果:观察组创面平均愈合时间(6.84±1.68)d,较对照组创面平均愈合时间(7.69±1.54)d缩短;观察组创面感染率5.70%,低于对照组的13.38%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壳聚糖生物护伤抗菌喷膜剂治疗与传统清洁换药相比能缩短皮肤开放伤愈合时间,降低创面感染率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of chitosan biological protective wound antibiotic spray coating agent on thepromotion of healing open wound of skin.Methods:315 patients with open wound after debridement were randomly divided into thetwo groups.The observation group was treated by chitosan biological protective wound antibiotic spray coating agent.The controlgroup was treated by traditional clean dressing.The wound healing time and infection situation of the two groups were observed.Results:The average healing time of the observation group was(6.84±1.68)d,shorter than the control group of(7.69±1.54)d.Theinfection rate of the observation group was 5.70%,lower than that of the control group of 13.38%.The differences between groupswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional cleaning dressing,chitosan biological protectivewound antibiotic spray coating agent can short the healing time of the wound and reduce the infection rate of wound.
