盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑药膜治疗牙周病的疗效和安全性研究

Study on the curative effect and safety of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole membrane in the treatment of periodontal disease

目的:分析盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑药膜治疗牙周病的疗效及安全性。方法:52例牙周病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。对照组给予甲硝唑药膜治疗,观察组给予甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈指数、斑菌指数、牙周附着水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲硝唑药膜联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病具有显著临床效果,且用药安全性较好。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect and safety of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazolemembrane in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods:52 patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided intothe control group and the observation group with 26 cases in each.The control group was given metronidazole membrane treatment.The observation group was given metronidazole membrane combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment.The clinicaleffects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).The periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival index,plaque index,periodontal attachment level of the observationgroup were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combinedwith metronidazole membrane in the treatment of periodontal disease has a significant clinical effect,and the drug safety is better.
